Nearfect! is designed to work without a custom account system. We do not sell personal data and we do not operate our own analytics, advertising, or tracking service in this version.
Game progress, settings, unlocked playstyles, and purchase-related unlock state are stored on the player's device.
Nearfect! uses Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store to help sync small game-state data such as unlocked playstyle identifiers and all-unlock entitlement state across the player's own Apple devices. This is used to reduce purchase and restore disputes for consumable playstyle credit purchases. The data is handled through Apple iCloud and is not uploaded to a Nearfect-operated server.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Nearfect! does not receive payment-card information. Consumable playstyle credits unlock additional playstyles permanently in the app and are recorded locally and through iCloud Key-Value Store when iCloud is available. The Everything Pack is a non-consumable purchase that can be restored through Apple purchase history.
Nearfect! optionally supports Apple Game Center leaderboards and achievements. Game Center sign-in, leaderboard display, and achievement handling are provided by Apple. The game remains playable without signing into Game Center.
