These Terms of Use apply to JadeName: Chinese Names.

Use of the App

The app provides Chinese naming, pronunciation, character meaning, and cultural reference material. You agree to use the app responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

Not Professional Advice

The app is a cultural naming and language-learning tool. Five Elements and Yin-Yang associations are creative cultural context, not predictions or professional advice.

Subscriptions

The app may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription terms, pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple according to your App Store account settings and Apple policies.

Premium Report and Pro subscriptions unlock the benefits described in the app and in the Subscription Information page. Final pricing and billing terms are shown by Apple before purchase.

Optional User-Configured AI

JadeName does not provide an AI model, proxy, or server-side AI service. If you enable AI, you are responsible for the provider, endpoint, model, API key, and any data you choose to send to that provider.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings.

User Content

Birth details and saved names remain on your device in the current version. Do not enter sensitive personal information you do not want stored locally.

Intellectual Property

The app name, interface, original text, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
