FAQ

The game feels slow or the animations stutter.

Close background apps, disable Low Power Mode, and restart the device. If you are using a simulator, performance may not reflect a real iPhone or iPad.

Game Center does not show my score.

Confirm that you are signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings and that the device has a network connection. If Game Center is unavailable, local gameplay still works.

Can I play without an account?

Yes. The current version does not require a developer account or in-game account. Local progress is stored on your device.

How do I change the language?

Use the in-app language selector on the home screen. The app supports English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Portuguese.

How do I delete my progress?

Local progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app removes local app data from the device. Game Center records are managed by Apple through your Apple ID and Game Center settings.

Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, the level number, and what happened before the issue appeared. Screenshots or screen recordings are helpful when available.
