1. Service

Glyph Match: Hanzi Puzzle is an iOS puzzle game about look-alike Hanzi glyphs. The app provides level challenges, local progress, sound effects, shareable result cards, and Apple Game Center leaderboards and achievements.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app in a lawful and fair manner. You may not attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, exploit, automate, cheat, manipulate leaderboards, or interfere with the experience of other users.

3. Game Center

If you sign in to Apple Game Center, related services such as player identity, leaderboards, and achievements are provided by Apple. The app may submit scores, stars, completed level counts, and achievement progress through GameKit so these features can work.

4. Intellectual property

The app interface, level design, visual design, icon, audio, copy, glyph family organization, and related materials are owned by the developer or their respective rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, adapt, or commercially reuse them without permission.

Hanzi characters themselves are part of a public writing system. The game's selection, grouping, presentation, and interactive expression are protected as part of the app experience.

5. Sharing

The app may let you share a result card after completing a level. You are responsible for making sure your sharing behavior follows the rules of the destination service and applicable laws. Third-party sharing destinations are not controlled by the developer.

6. Disclaimer

We work to keep the app stable and enjoyable, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly compatible with every device, system version, account state, or network environment. Issues caused by device condition, Apple services, Game Center, or third-party share destinations may be outside our direct control.

7. Changes

We may update app features or these Terms to reflect product changes, platform requirements, or legal obligations. Material changes may be communicated through the App Store page, in-app information, or this website.
